Nicolas Gagnez, Chairman

Nicolas Gagnez has been the Chairman of Deny All since May 2007.

Prior to that, Nicolas co-founded SNV in 1995. SNV developped databases containing cities buildings and streets photos, which are accessed via the “Pages Jaunes” portal. SNV was acquired by Wanadoo at the end of 2000. Member of the board of directors of Wanadoo Portails, Nicolas led Mappy, which became France’s 10th most frequently visited website when he left in 2005. He joined Crédit Agricole Private Equity as an Investment Director and laster was appointed chairman of Deny All.

Nicolas is and has been on the boards of directors of several Internet and software companies and he is a member of the strategic committee of the TIM Mezzanine Fund.


Jacques Sebag, CEO


Jacques Sebag has +25 years of expertise in the software industry, IT services and distribution in France, Europe and the USA. As a General Manager and Sales Executive, he contributed to the development of companies such as Oracle, Remedy, Veritas, Symantec and, more recently, Ever Team.

Jacques joined Deny All's board in 2007 and took an active role in the company in April 2011, running the Sales organization. As of February 1, 2012, the board appointed him Chief Executive Office.

Jacques Sebag is a member of APIA (an Association of Non-Executive Board members). He holds an Engineering degree from Ecole Centrale de Lyon in France, and attended a Master of Science Program at Northwestern University, Chicago, USA.

 


 Renaud Bidou, CTO


Renaud Bidou has been working for over 15 years in the field of security. Renaud joined Deny in January 2009 from All Radware where he worked for 5 years as a Technical & Strategic Specialist with the VP Security with a global coverage. Previously, he founded the company Intexxia in 2000, which was the first French company to operate a SOC (Security Operation Center). Under Renaud’s leadership, Intexxia became the 4th French CERT and quickly acquired a reputation of expertise and innovation in many IT security domains.

Renaud's charter as Deny All's Chief Technology Officer is to lead the Engineering efforts towards the creation of a scalable and modern application security platform.

Renaud Bidou graduated from ISEP in 1996 (Paris Superior Institute of Electronics). He frequently publishes technical articles in IT security magazines and co-authored a book in France. He also regularly teaches in several french universities and often give conferences in major international events such as BlackHat, CanSecWest or IT underground.
 


Stéphane de Saint Albin, CMO


Stéphane de Saint Albin has +20 years experience in the IT industry. He has worked for large and small software vendors, including Microsoft, 4D and Symantec, in Marketing, Product Management, Business Development and Sales leadership roles. Before joining Deny All, Stéphane launched the security business of Neowave, a French start-up in the RFID and smart card space, in which he invested. Prior to that, he spent 11 years at Symantec, in Europe and the USA.

Since April 2011, as Chief Marketing Officer, Stephane oversees Deny All's Marketing and Business Development strategy and operations.

Stéphane graduated from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Bordeaux in 1988.
