For this reason, Deny All provides upgradable application maintenance and support for all its products.
 

In practice, Deny All support services cover not only access to the Technical Support team for any telephone and/or online assistance needs, but also the provision of major and minor software versions of all maintained Deny All products. Deny All always maintains the current version of its products and the two previous major versions.

The Technical Support service is accessible by telephone from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00.

It is important to stress that the file of known attacks also known as Black list is kept up to date by the Deny All research center team and distributed in a regular basis. In practice, new black lists can be either downloaded and activated manually by the operator or automated.
