Nicolas Gagnez co-founded SNV (Société de Numérisation de Ville) in 1995. SNV develops databases containing cities buildings and streets photos, which is accessed today via the “Pages Jaunes” portal (www.pagesjaunes.fr). After SNV’s take over by Wanadoo at the end of 2000, Nicolas Gagnez became a member of the board of directors of Wanadoo Portails. In this capacity, he merged the geographical activities of the Wanadoo Group and the SNV into Mappy, a subsidiary of the Pages Jaunes Group. Mappy is currently France’s 10th most frequently visited website and the nation’s leading online route planner. Early in 2005 Nicolas Gagnez became director of investments for Crédit Agricole Private Equity, where he specialized in investments in the service, e-commerce and software sectors.
Nicolas Gagnez holds a diploma from the École Supérieure du Commerce Extérieur (Pôle Universitaire Léonard de Vinci). He sits on the boards of directors of Eptica, Arkeia and Direct Energie, and he is a member of the strategic committee of the TIM Mezzanine Fund.
Bernard Louis ROQUES - Member
Truffle Capital
Bernard-Louis Roques is Truffle Capital's Managing Partner for information technology investments and is an IT venture capital industry pioneer. Prior to joining Truffle Capital, Bernard-Louis held a series of senior management posts at ABN AMRO Capital France, where he notably created the firm's IT investment activity by closing 35 deals, including 14 in companies which have since gone public. Bernard-Louis is an experienced entrepreneur and notably acquired a small French industrial business, restored it to profitability and sold it on 18 months later. He started his career in France and Italy as a trader at HSBC.
He is a Board Member of Deny-All, Equitime, Keyyo, Netbooster and NetmediaEurope. He is also a Member of the Supervisory Board of MoMac, People Cube, and NetMediaEurope.
Bernard-Louis holds an MBA from ESSEC Management School (Paris, France) and an Executive Certificate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology
Christian CLAUSSEN - Member
Crédit Agricole Private Equity
With effect of January 1, 2009, Christian Claussen has joined Crédit Agricole Private Equity as a Senior Partner of the Venture Capital Team. Christian will facilitate access to investment opportunities in Germany and Northern Europe.
Prior to joining Crédit Agricole Private Equity, Christian Claussen was a General Partner with TVM Capital, one of Germany's most longstanding and active venture capital firms. He joined TVM in 1998 and was promoted General Partner in 1999. During his tenure with TVM, Christian focussed on investments in communications, semiconductors, internet and software.
Christian started his professional career in 1990 with Siemens' Communication Networks Division in Munich. In 1994, he was promoted to Product Marketing Director of Optical Networking and became the Business Unit VP of Business Development in 1997. Among other functions, he initiated and led the taskforce that designed the blueprint for Mustang Ventures, Siemens Communications' corporate venture fund which started its extremely successful investment activities in 1999.
Christian holds a European degree in Telecommunication Systems Engineering and is a distinguished graduate of Ecole Supérieure d'Ingénieurs en Electronique et Electrotechnique (France) as well as the University of Essex (UK) and the University of Karlsruhe (Germany).

Jacques SEBAG is the COO of EVER TEAM, the European leader in ECM - Enterprise Content Management Software. He is also a non executive director of several companies such as Deny All, Direct Streams or JAL Gelati.
He contributes to the development of these companies through his deep expertise in operational transformation, rapid organic growth and merger/acquisitions.
Jacques has over 20 years experience in the software industry, IT services and distribution in France, Europe and in the USA. He held General Management, and VP positions in Sales, Alliances & Channel in IBM, Econocom, Oracle, Remedy, Veritas software and Symantec.
Jacques holds an Engineering degree from Ecole Centrale de Lyon in France, and attended a Master of Science Program at Northwestern University, Chicago, USA.
